SmartBusiness Community
¡ Bienvenido a la comunidad de Et Tamimi Consulting.!
Este espacio está creado para profesionales, emprendedores y pymes que buscan mejorar su negocio mediante la automatización, la inteligencia artificial y las soluciones digitales.
This community is designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, partners, developers, and executives who want to improve and grow their businesses through technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.
You can ask questions about:
- ⚙️ How to automate business processes and improve efficiency in your SME or company.
- 🤖 How to apply artificial intelligence for real tasks: customer service, data analysis, or marketing.
- 🌐 How to integrate or configure digital tools such as Odoo, CRM, ERP, invoicing, or custom systems.
- 👜 Inquiries about management, business strategy, regulations, or legal compliance (such as VeriFactu).
- 💡 Questions about digital transformation, productivity, or best practices in the use of technology.
- 🧠 Ideas, experiences, or success stories related to digitalization and business growth.
In this community we seek to solve real problems related to artificial intelligence, automation, digital tools, and business management.
To keep the forum useful and clear for everyone, try to avoid questions that are too broad or without a specific goal.
For example, do not post questions in which:
- ❌ Any answer would be valid: “What’s your favorite tool to automate tasks?”
- ❌ You already include your answer and are only looking for opinions: “I use ChatGPT for marketing, what about you?”
- ❌ There is no real problem to solve: “Do you think AI will change the world?”
- ❌ They are hypothetical questions or without practical application: “What if my company were fully managed by robots?”
- ❌ They are complaints disguised as a question: “The invoicing system is a mess, isn’t it the same for you?”
If your intention is to start a debate or share a general idea, it’s better to post it in the “Ideas and Discussion” section of the forum.
If what you are looking for is to understand how to solve something or learn a concrete solution, then you are in the right place.
📌 Remember
- Answers must solve the question, not expand or divert it.
- If you want to add a comment, use the comments function, not the answers section.
- If a question is similar to another, mark it as “Possible duplicate of…” and link it.
- Avoid answers that are only a link; always explain the complete solution and then add the link as support or source.
Answers should not add or expand questions. Instead, either edit the question or add a comment.
Answers should not comment other answers. Instead add a comment on the other answers.
Answers shouldn't just point to other questions.Instead add a comment indicating "Possible duplicate of...". However, it's fine to include links to other questions or answers providing relevant additional information.
Answers shouldn't just provide a link a solution. Instead provide the solution description text in your answer, even if it's just a copy/paste. Links are welcome, but should be complementary to answer, referring sources or additional reading.
Answers should not start debates This community Q&A is not a discussion group. Please avoid holding debates in your answers as they tend to dilute the essence of questions and answers. For brief discussions please use commenting facility.
When a question or answer is upvoted, the user who posted them will gain some points, which are called "karma points". These points serve as a rough measure of the community trust to him/her. Various moderation tasks are gradually assigned to the users based on those points.
For example, if you ask an interesting question or give a helpful answer, your input will be upvoted. On the other hand if the answer is misleading - it will be downvoted. Each vote in favor will generate 10 points, each vote against will subtract 2 points. There is a limit of 200 points that can be accumulated for a question or answer per day. The table given at the end explains reputation point requirements for each type of moderation task.
The goal of this community is to build a useful, clear, and up-to-date knowledge base on topics related to artificial intelligence, automation, business management, digital tools, and technological regulations.
To maintain that quality, some questions or answers can be edited by other experienced members, just like what happens in a collaborative wiki.
These edits help to:
- Improve the writing or clarity of the information.
- Correct errors or update outdated data.
- Unify styles and maintain the coherence of the community.
🧠 Privileges and Experience Levels
Users who contribute the most gain reputation level (karma).
The more you participate —providing solutions, useful answers, or voting for quality content— the more privileges you will earn.
Among them, the ability to edit, review, or moderate content to improve the community.
🙌 In summary
If someone edits your post, it is not a personal correction, but rather a collaboration to make the knowledge clearer and more valuable for everyone.
As your reputation grows, you will also be able to do the same and help improve the content of others.
You can check the table of levels and privileges according to karma below.
